ADJUST IN 6 EASY STEPS
Arm Height, Width, and Depth
Raise or lower the arms by pushing the button on the underside of each arm pad. To match the arm pads to the width of your shoulders, pull each of them inward or outward. Then, while still grasping the front end, slide it forward or back to adjust arm pad depth.
Backfit Adjustment
Reach behind you and turn the BackFit knob fully clockwise to shape the adjustment to your spine. With your back still against the chair, slowly dial it counterclockwise until your head is aligned to your monitor.
Adjustable Seat Height
To raise the seat, lift the joystick on the right side of the chair as you lift your weight. To lower the seat, remain seated as you lift the joystick until your feet are flat on the floor.
Adjustable Seat Depth
Li ft your thighs from the front of the seat. Then, gently lift up the handles found on the right and left sides of the seat to disengage the locking seat depth adjustment. Slide seat forward or back to your preferred depth, and release the handles.
Tilt Limiter
While in the upright position, locate the horizontal tab on the back-left side of the seat. Tab it up or down to increase or decrease reclining limit.
Tilt Tension
While in the upright position, turn the knob below the right side of the seat clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease reclining tension.
ADJUST IN 7 EASY STEPS
Adjustable Sacral/Lumbar Support
Reach behind you, and turn the sacral-lumbar knob fully clockwise to shape the adjustment to your spine. With your back still against the chair, slowly dial it counterclockwise until your head is aligned to your monitor.

Raise or lower the arms by pressing the button on the underside of each arm pad. To match the arm pads to the width of your shoulders, pull each of them inward or outward. Then, while still grasping the front end, slide it forward or back to adjust arm pad depth.
Adjustable Seat Height
To raise the seat, lift the tab on the right side of the chair as you lift your weight. To lower the seat, remain seated as you lift the tab until your feet are flat on the floor.
Tilt Limiter
While in the upright position, turn the knob below the left side of seat clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease reclining limit.
Tilt Tension
While in the upright position, turn the knob below the right side of seat clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease reclining tension.
Seat Depth
Li ft your thighs from the front of the seat. Then, gently lift up the handle found on the right side of the seat to disengage the locking seat depth adjustment. Slide seat forward or back to your preferred depth, and release the handle downward.
Adjustable Headrest
Reach both hands around the back of your head, and grab the headrest stalk. Then, pull the headrest up or down. To rotate the headrest, grab the headrest pad, and rotate the pad upward or downward.

Posturefit SL Adjustment
Reach behind you, and turn the PostureFit knob fully clockwise to shape the adjustment to your spine. With your back still against the chair, slowly dial it counterclockwise until your head is aligned to your monitor.
Arm Height, Width, and Depth
Raise or lower the arms by lifting the lever at the base of each arm pad. To match the arm pads to the width of your shoulders, pull each of them inward or outward. Then, while still grasping the front end, slide it forward or back to adjust arm pad depth.
Adjustable Seat Height
To raise the seat, lift the paddle lever on the right side of the chair as you lift your weight. To lower the seat, remain seated as you lift the paddle lever until your feet are flat on the floor.
Forward Tilt
To position the chair forward, lean back and lift up the lever on the left side. For a reclined posture, lean back in the chair and push the lever down.
Tilt Limiter
While in the upright position, locate the knob inside the left side of the seat. Turn it clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease reclining limit.
Tilt Tension
While in the upright position, turn the knob below the right side of the seat clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease reclining tension.

Arm Height, Width, and Depth
Raise or lower the arms by squeezing the lever on the underside of each arm pad. To match the arm pads to the width of your shoulders, pull each of them inward or outward. Then, while still grasping the front end, slide it forward or back to adjust arm pad depth.
Adjustable Seat Depth
Li ft your thighs from the front of the seat. Then, gently lift up the lever found under the left side of the seat to disengage the locking seat depth adjustment. Slide seat forward or back to your preferred depth, and release the lever.
Adjustable Seat Height
To raise the seat, lift the lever on the right side of the chair as you lift your weight. To lower the seat, remain seated as you lift the lever until your feet are flat on the floor.
Forward Tilt
To position the chair forward, lean back and flip down the horizontal tab beneath the seat on the left side. For a reclined posture, lean back in the chair and flip the tab up.
Tilt Limiter
While in the upright position, locate the horizontal tab on the back-left side of the seat. Tab it up or down to increase or decrease reclining limit.
Tilt Tension
While in the upright position, turn the knob below the right side of the seat clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease reclining tension.
