Designers: Sam Hecht and Kim Colin
Designed by Sam Hecht and Kim Colin to nest closely to Plex seating, this light-scaled table has a fixed-height surface that fits neatly over armrests, and a low-profile base that straddles chair legs. At 17 inches in diameter, Plex Tables are large enough to easily accommodate a laptop.

Plex Lounge Furniture was designed to give people more options for working anywhere, while also keeping them comfortable and supported. Because Plex is a modular system, each piece can be used alone or combined to create settings where people can focus on individual work, brainstorm with a group, or socialize with one another.
“We believe that simple is better. Why would anyone aspire to complexity?”—Kim Colin View Design Story
The fixed-height table surface is high enough to clear armrests, and the base design neatly accommodates chair legs, allowing people to position the table where they can access it easily as they sit back in a Plex chair.
Because tabletops are round, Plex tables are naturally non-handed, making them appropriate writing surfaces for left- and right-handed people alike. The size and shape allow two or three people to gather around a table, and the swivel base facilitates information-sharing.
