How it works
Step 1: Meet with a Specialist
Book an appointment to discuss your space. Consultations can take place at one of our stores, online, or at your home.
Step 2: Develop your vision.
Browse fabrics, finishes, and a range of furnishings. Our Specialists will create a mood board to show you how it all comes together.
Step 3: Render your room.
We'll create a 3D rendering to see your selections in your space and manage delivery for pieces you take home.

Are Herman Miller Design Concierge services complimentary? Is there a minimum order?
Our interior design services are entirely free of charge, no matter the size of the project. There is no minimum order.
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Yes, we’re here to advise on new furniture and accessories, but we can also incorporate furniture you already own and want to keep.
What if I don’t live near a Herman Miller store?
Video-chat with a Sales and Design Specialist and show them around your home virtually, and they can show you furniture options in the store. They’ll follow up with room plans, swatches, and 3D room renderings. Click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of this page.
Can you help with the ordering process?
Yes, we can place your order, track it, and make sure your white-glove delivery goes smoothly.
What if I’m in a hurry?
We can help you choose from a wide selection of furniture that is in stock, and also recommend stocked upholstery fabrics if you are on a tight deadline.
What if I have a small business?
We’re happy to help small businesses such as offices, cafés, and spas with space planning, advice on commercial-grade furniture, and 3D renderings—all complimentary.
