A Herman Miller refurbished Aeron Chair has been professionally restored from prior use, with worn parts replaced with authentic Herman Miller parts, and is available at a lower price point. Refurbished chairs include a separate 5-year Herman Miller refurbished product limited warranty, which may differ in scope from the warranty provided with new products. What’s the difference between a refurbished Aeron Chair - Classic and a refurbished Aeron Chair?Refurbished Aeron Chair - Classic has basic tilt and recline adjustments, PostureFit support, and Pellicle material for breathability and support. Refurbished Aeron Chair has an enhanced tilt mechanism; updated Pellicle 8Z material; and improved PostureFit SL support. Can I return a refurbished Aeron Chair?All refurbished Aeron Chairs are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. However, if your refurbished Aeron Chair arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description, please contact Herman Miller Customer Service within three (3) three days of delivery for assistance. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the refurbished product limited warranty.

Can I cancel or change an order?You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Since they are ready to ship and not built to order, refurbished Aeron Chairs leave Herman Miller facilities quickly, so it’s important to contact us as soon as possible to see if cancelling is possible. Because in-stock refurbished Aeron Chairs ship quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. No changes can be made to refurbished Aeron Chair orders once placed. To request a cancellation before shipment, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
My refurbished product arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?If your Herman Miller refurbished Aeron Chair arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service within three (3) days of delivery. Please provide photos of the front of the chair, the back of the chair, the damaged area or area of concern, and the label under the seat. Herman Miller will evaluate the damage and, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product in accordance with the refurbished product limited warranty.
