Working as the director of design for Herman Miller's textile division, Girard developed a series of screen-printed graphics—called Environmental Enrichment Panels—to add color and wit to dull office walls. First released in 1972, the modern textile panels have been faithfully recreated as quality, high-resolution posters on 100 percent cotton paper. Featuring bold colors and lively themes, this curated collection of vintage Girard design motifs adds visual richness to any room.

  • High-resolution printing on cotton paper.

Alexander Girard

Alexander Girard

Inspired by folk art, typography, and vivid color, Alexander Girard was a design polymath whose signature aesthetic touched every project he undertook. As the director of Herman Miller’s Textile Division from 1952-1973, his designs helped imbue postwar modernism with playfulness, and wit.

Keep out of direct sunlight. To maintain a high shine finish, use polishes recommended for acrylics.

Do not use window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, or strong solvents such as alcohol, ammonia, or acetone as they may damage the finish.
