Purchasing as an approved business expense for your remote office?
Reimbursement of office furniture (desk and/or chair) is subject to supervisor approval and budget availability and must be based on recommendations of the Humantech ergonomic assessment process, which can be accessed via 3MGo. Supervisors should discuss budget availability with their leadership. Reimbursement requests submitted without Humantech documentation will be denied. 3M Remote employees should use the corporate travel and expense (T&E) credit card in their name. 3M Remote employees without a T&E card may use a personal credit card and request reimbursement through Concur.
