Prices listed are U.S. Domestic prices and apply to orders shipped within the United States. All pricing errors are subject to correction.

Product Information Accuracy
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, Herman Miller, Inc., shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Herman Miller, Inc., has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Herman Miller, Inc., shall immediately issue a credit to your account for the amount of the charge.

Orders, Payments, Delivery

Product Availability
Herman Miller, Inc., builds all furniture to order, so each product will have a lead time, which is the time necessary to build the product and deliver it to you once you’ve placed an order. Availability of products is subject to change without notice. Herman Miller, Inc., will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before Herman Miller, Inc., completes your order.

Order Processing
Order processing days are Monday through Friday. Legal holidays and company closures may affect your order processing and shipment dates. Herman Miller, Inc., reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. Herman Miller, Inc., will make every effort to notify you in the event of an order refusal.

A valid form of payment and pre-authorization of funds is required prior to acceptance of an order. Herman Miller, Inc., accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards at the Herman Miller Store. Payment for the products will be made by credit or debit card only. Funds will be charged to this method of payment upon shipment of the product.

Taxes that Herman Miller, Inc., is obligated to withhold or collect (e.g. sales tax for delivery within certain states of the United States) shall be automatically charged and withheld for all product purchased from this website. If you are an exempt organization, federal, state, or local government agency, you should not purchase product from this website. We will not issue a credit for sales taxes collected to organizations that should not be using this site to purchase product.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and handling charges are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of order. Herman Miller, Inc., will make every effort to ship your products in a timely manner and keep you updated through the process. Herman Miller, Inc., is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If a package is returned, Herman Miller, Inc., will notify you promptly. You will be fully responsible for shipping charges to re-ship the order to the correct address. Title to Products and Risk of Loss
Title to products passes to the customer upon delivery of the product. You must notify Herman Miller, Inc., within 7 days of the date of your delivery if any part of your purchase is missing, wrong, or damaged.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact Customer Service at 888-798-0202 or via e-mail. If you don’t want to keep the item, you may be able to return it for a full credit or refund within 30 days of delivery (less shipping charges). You must contact Customer Service directly before you attempt to return Product and to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping, and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional restocking fees may apply and are at the discretion of Herman Miller, Inc. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies, Herman Miller, Inc., is not responsible for product that is lost or damaged. Refunds will be given in the original payment form and applied when the product arrives at Herman Miller, Inc.
