Shipping Options

Please note: shipping options vary by item. Your cart will reflect the shipping options available for your order.

FedEx Shipping
FedEx shipping options are available for select furniture and smaller items such as lighting and accessories. Once your order is ready for shipment, delivery occurs within the timeframes indicated below, based on the chosen option.

FedEx Shipping Options - No Saturday

Standard & Premium Inside Delivery Options
Our Standard Delivery and Premium Inside Delivery options are used for large products, heavier items, and items that require assembly or installation. Once your order is ready to ship, delivery occurs within 5 to 10 business days to the continental US and within 10 to 15 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Our delivery partner will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product in their local terminal to schedule a mutually agreed upon date and 4-hour delivery window.

There are a number of delivery options available to offer you the level of service appropriate for your order. To determine if the product you are interested in requires assembly or installation, please refer to the specifications tab on each product page.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available for many products that ship with standard shipping methods, which include FedEx Ground and Standard Delivery. Shipping rates for other products are based on the selected shipping option and order total, as indicated below.

Please note that for multi-item orders, free standard shipping only applies when your entire order is shipped via the free shipping method that applies to the products included in your order (FedEx Ground or Standard Delivery, based on the item).

Track Your Shipment

You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to be reflected in our delivery partner's tracking system. Therefore, delivery status information may not be available until the following business day. Please call us if you are unable to see your delivery status after 72 hours. You can also track your Order Status by clicking the Order Status link located at the top right corner of any page on our site.

International Shipping

Today, the Herman Miller Store ships to within the 50 United States only. If you are looking to purchase internationally, please use our Global Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you. We do not currently accept orders for US Territories, FBP and APO addresses.
