Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online from the Herman Miller Store, please contact us at 888.798.0202. If you don’t want to keep the item, you can return it for a full credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to obtain return authorization and to arrange for a pickup. Refunds will be given in the original payment form and applied when the product arrives at Herman Miller. If you would like to purchase a similar product in exchange, we will offer free shipping on the new order.

Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping; be sure to keep the original packaging materials for items you may wish to return.
