Magis Déjà-vu Chair

Designer: Naoto Fukasawa for Magis
The polished aluminum of the Déjà-vu Chair is sleek and modern—and also lightweight and sturdy. Nicely sized, with a 15.7-inch-wide seat, this chair will enhance the look of any table, large or small. In your kitchen, it looks especially smart if you have the complementary Déjà-vu Stools at your breakfast bar.

Deja vu Chair

The Dining Chair as Sculpture

Smart and stylish metal dining chairs, Déjà-vu Chairs look at home whether on a high-rise balcony downtown, on a suburban deck, or around a kitchen table. The versatile chairs also move easily from indoors to out. When he was designing Déjà-vu Chairs, Naoto Fukasawa set out to design metal dining chairs that looked extremely “normal.” These chairs became the inspiration for the "Super Normal" mini-movement he and fellow designer Jasper Morrison started, which celebrates objects that don't call attention to themselves but add to their surroundings.
