If your chair is exposed to outdoor elements be sure to wash plastic surfaces with a soft cloth soaked in mild detergent and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive kitchen cleaners.

My question is about seat height. I have searched many places about these chairs and get mixed information with regards to seat height. My table is 30.25" tall, and most places I find the seat height of these chairs as 16.25" high. That seems a bit too short for most dining tables produced by major retailers today. Back when these chairs were designed, most dining tables were arond 28.5" high and might have been perfect height for these chairs. Some websites claim the seat height is 17.5", some say 16.25".
So can you tell me exactly the seat height of these chairs? I'd also like to know if it is different from the Wood dowel leg chair since it would be nice to pair them up.
