Dowel base

hi, is the 4leg base compatible with the dowel base? So, if I want to change the style later on, the dowel base will work ?

Answer: 
Due to the timing of when the dowel legs were designed, we were also undergoing a tooling modification. At this point in time, we would not recommend that the leg bases be switched, we cannot guarantee that they will fit the base of the chair in which they are being exchanged.
