Small Wonder

There's no end to the things you can do with this smart little table. Line a few of them up to work like a coffee table. Use them as bedside tables. Stack one on top of another to serve as an end table next to a sofa. Scatter them around a room. Serve hors d'oeuvres and drinks on them.

The table's compact size—13 ¼ inches deep, 15 ½ inches wide, 10 inches high—and light weight make it easy to move to wherever you need a small, attractive surface. You can even stack them out of the way when you're not using them.

  • A Little Eames

Any interior can be brightened up with a little Eames, and these small tables bear all the hallmarks of classic Eames design—the use of welded wire rods in the base, molded plywood in the surface, and a 20-degree beveled edge that reveals the essential material, the wood plies, beneath the surface.

    Make Your Own

The base—two U-shaped steel rods attached to the top, with cross members for added stability—is available in white, studio white, black, or trivalent chrome. The top is made of seven layers of Baltic birch plywood sandwiched between high-pressure laminate in white, black or studio white.

Answer:
Our “Studio White” is a bright white while our “White” is a creamy/softer white. If you’re looking for a warmer color finish we recommend the White. If you are looking for a brilliant, stark surface you would want to go with the Studio White option.

Absolutely fantastic little table The proportions on this table could not be more perfect. Either by it's own or in a pair side-by-side it truly holds endless possibilities. Where a coffee table would do, or a regular end or side table would fit, the LTR shakes things up and makes the space much more interesting. A lot of visual impact in all of the subtle details. The build quality and craftsmanship are lovely. Our older rio rosewood LTRs with black bases still look brand new and go just as well with newer modern furniture as with mid-century. I certainly recommend going with a wood top for extra visual depth. A comfort rating is not applicable, but I couldn't fault the table for something it wasn't designed to do. August 27, 2012
Great little tables These are wonderful small tables to use as a group or scatter around. I bought 4 so that they could be clustered as two groups of two for side tables next to a sofa or clustered as a single group of four for a coffee table in front. I love how the color for the top and the color for the legs can be selected separately. I chose all black ones but the colors are fun and you could do a great mix-up with them. March 6, 2014
